Samsung Delivery and Installation Service FAQs
The sale transaction is between the buyer and Intelligent Mobility System Sdn Bhd (“IMS”). All sales are subject to IMS terms and conditions which are available at https://flexfin.com.my/term-of-services/. IMS will arrange delivery with Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd (“SME”)’s appointed fulfillment partners.
How will I know if my area is within the delivery coverage? Are there additional delivery fees for different locations across Malaysia?
We deliver to locations listed in the Delivery Service Area only and no delivery fees will be charged.
We also provide free basic installation for TV, refrigerators, washing machines and air conditioners for delivery to selected service areas in Peninsular Malaysia as listed in Installation service areas Samsung Serviceable Areas.
What is the delivery period once I have made payment?

The delivery timeframe includes shipment preparation and lead time for delivery to the provided address.

My area is not within the covered delivery area. Can I still purchase?
Unfortunately, online purchase will not be available if your area is not covered by the delivery service.
How can I check my delivery status?
Please call Samsung at 1-800-88-9999 to check on the delivery status.
Will I be notified prior to the delivery of my device(s)?
Customers will be notified of the delivery arrangement. The delivery of the items will be made within the notified date. The customer acknowledges that the delivery slots are subject to availability. Any changes or delays will be communicated to the customer in advance.
Are there installation services provided for the following devices?
Samsung will manage the installation for all TV, Washing Machines, Air conditioners and Refrigerators within the scope as stated below:
